Samsung Refrigerator Return Request Unresolved

I decided to purchase a Samsung refrigerator from their online store on August 1st. The Samsung website had conflicting information about the product's height, stating it was 1.83 and 2.03 meters in separate diagrams. We visited the Samsung store in Çeşme, İzmir, and the sales representative H**** K*** told us the product with this code was 2.03 meters tall and tried to sell us a different, lower-tech product instead.
During this time, we contacted Samsung Customer Service multiple times to inquire about the product details but never received a satisfactory response. We then placed the order online. Hepsijet delivered the refrigerator, although DHL was supposed to deliver it. The installation team that came the next day said the refrigerator had dents and scratches. The refrigerator is still waiting, unopened and in its original packaging.
We contacted Samsung through their website's communication channel and submitted a return request through their system. Samsung called us and informed us that they had initiated the return process. The next day, Hepsijet sent an SMS saying they would come to pick up the returned item. A few days later, they sent another SMS saying they couldn't come and asked us to reschedule. Hepsijet's call center says Samsung has withdrawn the return request, but Samsung has no knowledge of such an action.
