Waiting Months for a Panel Change - Disappointing Support From Samsung
On February 16, 2025, I purchased a Samsung RF71DB965E8CTR (Bespoke series, 819L, 4-door) refrigerator from a Samsung dealer in Eskişehir. At the time of purchase, the dealer informed me that I could change the door panels to one of four colors of my choice by contacting the service team, and that the replacement process would take about a week. After the refrigerator was delivered, I called the service center and they created a request, saying the panels would be replaced within a month. We agreed. However, a month passed and no one contacted us. Later, I received a call from Samsung headquarters, asking about the status of the service request, which was still open in their system. I explained the situation, and they said they would take over and follow up. Since then, they have been calling me weekly, always saying that the panels were not yet available and would be sent as soon as they arrived. Eventually, I told them to stop calling unless they could give me a definite date. A few days later, they said the panels would arrive around June 3rd. It’s now June 14th, and there is still no update, no delivery. It is unacceptable for Samsung to have such a delay in providing just four panels for one of its flagship refrigerator models. This experience should be taken into consideration when thinking about purchasing a Bespoke series product.
