Samsung Authorized Service's Absurd Demand After Faulty AC Installation

On December 15, 2021, less than a year ago, I bought two air conditioners from Trendyol. When the authorized Samsung service came to install the air conditioners, one of them seemed to be working fine, but the other one started leaking water. They said it was because of a mistake made by the team that put in the old pipes, which wasn't our fault. Now, they want us to pay them an unfair fee of 5,000 TL. It's not fair at all. Even though we have called Samsung many times, there is still no solution, and we are suffering in this heat. We're very sorry we bought it, and even the company's answer seems robotic and not very helpful.

We have been calling your call and resolution center for 5 days, but no one has returned our call yet. That is why I am complaining about you.

I want you to send us proper service as soon as possible to resolve our grievance. Additionally, the installation that was supposed to be done in April 2021 was carried out using old materials instead of the necessary new ones.
