I Face Missed Calls When Phone Is in Pocket on Samsung A15
I recently purchased a brand-new Samsung A15 smartphone from Y** A***** retailer**. Since the very first day, I’ve been facing a strange and frustrating issue: calls do not reach me when the phone is in my pocket. The device does not ring, and the call goes through as if I am unavailable.
When the phone is on a table or in my hand, calls arrive normally and ring as expected. The problem only occurs when the device is in my pocket, which makes it highly unreliable for daily use. Since I often carry my phone this way, I miss important calls without even knowing.
So far, I have not contacted Samsung customer service or the retailer. The phone is still under warranty, and I expect a clear solution. A brand-new device should not have such a fundamental issue with receiving calls.
I request immediate support from Samsung to diagnose and fix this problem, whether through a replacement, repair, or software update. Customers should not experience such basic functionality failures right out of the box.
