On my S22, I'm experiencing frustrating freezing and lagging in games and apps. I contacted Samsung customer service, who remotely reset my phone, but the problems persisted. They advised taking it to a service center, where they reset it and claimed nothing was wrong. They even blamed the problems on other apps on my phone. I've tried everything, from uninstalling apps to troubleshooting, but the performance problems persist. To my surprise, I discovered hundreds of similar complaints from users all over the world on Samsung's community forums. Many people believe that Samsung has limited the performance of the S22 series, but Samsung refuses to admit it. I dare Samsung to respond with something more than a generic copy-paste message. Allow a responsible representative to address this issue publicly if they have the courage.
