Samsung A36 Constant Charging, Mic, Vibe Failures
I bought my Samsung A36 about four months ago and have been experiencing constant charging, vibration, and microphone issues for the past month. I haven't sent it in for repair yet, but the problems persist and are seriously disrupting my daily use. Although my phone is still under warranty, when I contacted Samsung customer service, they only suggested sending it in for repair. However, the constant malfunctions of a brand-new device so quickly, forcing me to send it in for repair every time, has been a real inconvenience. I don't want to send it in for repair and be left without a phone for weeks. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund from Samsung for my device. It's unacceptable for a brand-new phone to develop so many problems in such a short time.
