Samsung A54 Self-Shutting Issue: Phone Turns Off Randomly, Demanding Refund

I’ve been using Samsung phones for years, but the Samsung A54 has been a huge disappointment. The phone has started turning itself off and on randomly. The issue only occurs when the phone is unplugged from the charger, but it works fine when charging. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem with a Samsung device, and it’s really frustrating. I’ve always trusted Samsung, but this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I believe this problem can be fixed, but in the meantime, I am requesting a full refund for the faulty device. I hope Samsung addresses this issue promptly and offers a solution that meets their usual standards.
