Samsung 65S95B OLED TV Blackout Problem
My Samsung 65S95B OLED TV, which was installed in August, decided to take the morning off and not turn on, leaving me in the dark. There were no difficulties with the remote or wires, but Samsung's customer support promised to contact me back after registering the fault. However, stillness ensued. This high-end Samsung TV, known for its dependability, not only failed in a few months but was also left unattended. I strongly suggest against Samsung. A terrible brand experience.
