Samsung 65CU7200 Panel Defect Nightmare

I purchased a Samsung 65CU7200 model device from Hepsiburada, and upon inspection by the installation team, it was discovered that the panel was damaged. They filed a report and departed, then another group arrived and announced a substitution. Yet, nobody has arrived or departed, and I can't help but feel embarrassed about how I've spent my money. I kindly ask Samsung to fix their error as soon as they can. If you're okay with disregarding our concerns and simply accepting the status quo, then let's just waste our money. Thirty thousand won't break the bank, but it'll definitely give you a nice boost.
It's the 14th day and ı still haven't received a refund for the broken television they sold by Samsung. I think Samsung defrauded me.
Don't buy Samsung since they sell broken products and grab your money. They didn't refund the fee for 19 days. The customer service representative says wait. I’ve been waiting for 19 days.
