Samsung 55tu 7000 TV Chronic Issue Ignored After Warranty Expires

I bought a Samsung 55tu 7000 model TV in February 2021, but now white rings are forming on the screen. I was directed to the authorized service center after contacting customer service. Unfortunately, because the warranty had expired six months ago, they said the panel needed to be replaced, which would cost 8100 TL plus tax. Similar complaints from other Samsung TV owners on this platform indicate a recurring issue. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like Samsung ignore a long-standing problem and place the burden on customers simply because the warranty has expired. Such conduct is not ethical. I've lost faith in Samsung and will no longer buy their products. It is unacceptable that they are aware of these long-standing problems but refuse to acknowledge them as factory defects. I will continue to fight for my rights until a just resolution is reached. Samsung must accept responsibility and address this issue appropriately, even after the warranty period has expired.
