Sidrachain Account Deactivated Blocking SidraStart Projects

I am a user from Nigeria and I manage my company, Almadanee Digital and Global Concepts, through SidraClus on Sidrachain. On Sunday, while I was trying to deactivate my authenticator, I mistakenly deactivated my entire account instead and since then I have not be able to access my Account. In this account I have my company profile as well as three projects on SidraStart (Almadanee Digital and Global Concepts Ltd, Muhajir Wal Ansar, and Sidra P2P Exchange), all of which are already at the last stage and currently under review. Losing access at this critical point is very stressful, because these projects and my company activities depend on the account being active. I immediately contacted your support team and submitted a complaint, and I was given the ticket number cmq4fqyuy08afpi011uh0kt5n. However, I have not received any feedback or solution so far, and my account still remains deactivated. I kindly request that my Sidrachain account be urgently reactivated and that my access to SidraClus and SidraStart, including my three projects under final review, be fully restored as soon as possible so that I can continue my work without further disruption.
