I did not commit any fraud or any other violation, yet I received information that the reason for the ban was alleged “fraud.” This is completely wrong, and I want to clearly state that I have not defrauded anyone or engaged in any fraudulent activity on the platform. This situation has upset me a lot because I rely on my Sugochat account and I need access to it. I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed in detail, the fraud accusation be re‑evaluated, and my account be unbanned so that I can have it back and continue using the service.
