I have been unable to access my TikTok account with the username “Zed_e***” for about four months on my iPhone. Whenever I try to log in, the application shows an “incorrect password” message, even though I am entering the correct details. I have repeatedly used the “Forgot password” option, but I still cannot reset my password or regain access to the account. I have also contacted TikTok support and used the help channels, but the steps and suggestions provided did not solve the problem.
