Samsung TV Panel Failed After 5 Years and Repair Costs Almost as Much as a New One

I’ve been using a Samsung TV for 5 years, and apparently, its lifespan is just 5 years. My TV started shutting down, so I contacted the service team. They diagnosed a panel issue and said it would cost ₺22,000 to fix it. The new model of the same TV is only ₺27,000. As someone who has used Samsung for everything from air conditioners to ovens, this situation has left me genuinely unsatisfied. After this experience, I will no longer be using Samsung products. I hope anyone reading this can learn from my experience and make their choices accordingly. The lack of durability and the high repair costs are just unacceptable.
