Repeated Problems with Samsung Air Conditioners
I purchased a Samsung air conditioner three years ago, and if only I hadn't. It never heated up properly, continuously malfunctioned, and the constant part replacements extended right up to the end of the warranty. After the warranty expired, it broke down twice more. They couldn't fix it, so they finally uninstalled the unit and took it to Samsung's workshop, where it still couldn't be repaired. They claimed a replacement would be provided. If they demand payment, I can never accept. I'm ready to take legal action if necessary. I am utterly dissatisfied with the product. We're freezing at the moment.
