My Samsung Smartphone Overheats And Has Service Problems
My phone is less than a year old, but I can't use any apps or even the phone itself because it keeps getting too hot. The customer service representative saw that the smartphone was overheating on the diagnostic program, but she didn't act like it was a big deal. Even though they took my device to the service center, they gave me a bad phone instead and canceled my repair request. I'm annoyed that they don't care that my device is broken and that I have to run around to their technical service corners. I want a solution right away, and if that doesn't happen, I'll go to the consumer arbitration committee to hold Samsung accountable for their bad customer service.
