My Samsung A32 Won’t Charge Despite Using the Original Charger

One of the most annoying things about my Samsung A32 phone lately is that it won't charge, even with the charger that came with it. This is a really bad problem, especially since I've only had the phone for a short time. I called customer service, but they haven't given me any answers yet. Because of time constraints, I will have to take this problem to the Arbitration Committee if it isn't resolved quickly. It's too bad that a name I trusted, Samsung, is giving me so much trouble. I no longer trust the brand, and I have no plans to use Samsung goods again. I'm going to tell other people about this event to let them know about the problems they might face.
