I purchased a Samsung S21 FE 5G in June 2023. Recently, the device has started overheating severely, and even worse, the battery has begun to swell. As a result, the glued back cover is now detaching from the phone.
How is something like this even possible for a relatively new device? It is shocking and completely unacceptable, especially considering the potential safety hazards of a swollen battery.
I am not certain whether my device is still under warranty, but regardless, I expect Samsung to take full responsibility for this issue. I demand that Samsung either repair or replace my device promptly. I trusted Samsung for quality and reliability, and I expect this dangerous defect to be addressed without any excuses or additional costs to me.
