I Experience Overheating, Freezing, and Battery Drain on My Samsung S21 FE

I’ve been dealing with severe overheating issues on my Samsung S21 FE. The phone heats up excessively, even when I’m not using it heavily. At first, I thought the hot weather might be the cause, but the problem continues even when I’m indoors, sitting directly in front of an air conditioner. Alongside the overheating, the device also frequently freezes and lags—making even basic tasks frustrating to complete.

To make matters worse, the battery drains incredibly fast. I have to charge it at least three times a day, which is completely unreasonable for a phone I’ve only had for two years. I did experience overheating shortly after I first bought the device, but it had eventually settled down—until now. The overheating is back and worse than ever.

This isn’t what I expected from a flagship-level phone. Samsung needs to acknowledge this recurring issue and offer a real solution—whether through a software fix, battery replacement, or product support. I urge the company to take action before the phone becomes unusable or poses a safety risk.
