My Samsung QLED TV Screen Issues
Last year, my Samsung QLED television screen failed, and because they didn't have a replacement panel, I paid an additional cost and received a new set. Around April 15th, the screen on this television went out. They first said it was the motherboard, then the screen itself. It's been over 20 days without a television, and I'm making do with a little one. When people around me learn about the problem, they mock me and urge that I get rid of my Samsung TV. There has been no reaction yet, and I am demanding a replacement for my television series. This is the second time this problem has occurred with the same group of products. To ensure customer pleasure, I seek a replacement with a new TV series.
