Samsung A12 Lacks NFC—Requesting Replacement or Solution

Samsung executives, please recall the Samsung A12 models! This phone has major shortcomings, and the lack of NFC is unacceptable in today’s technology. I spent a significant amount of money on this device, only to realize it lacks a basic feature that should be standard.

If Samsung does not address this issue, I will no longer recommend the brand to anyone around me. I expect immediate assistance—whether it's a replacement, a software update, or an alternative solution. I urge Samsung to contact me as soon as possible! Without NFC, this phone is useless for many daily tasks. Please take action immediately!
