Samsung DW60dg540FWQTR Dishwasher Upper Rack Defective Since Day One
On October 5, 2025, I purchased a Samsung DW60dg540FWQTR dishwasher. On the day of installation, the service team identified a defect in the upper rack. Since that day, the issue has never been resolved, and the rack still doesn’t fit properly. Samsung’s technical service has visited at least three times to inspect it and even recorded a video of the problem. However, each time I’m simply told, “It will be resolved soon,” with no real action taken. Since the problem has existed from the very beginning and I suspect a manufacturing defect in this model, I am requesting a refund for the product. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
I bought both a dryer and a washing machine, I am very satisfied.
