Samsung S24 Ultra Screen Broken After 3 Days and Dealer Refuses Replacement

The screen of Samsung S24 Ultra 512GB phone I purchased three days ago is broken, and the "S Pen" does not work. The Samsung dealer I bought this defective product from is directing me to service instead of replacing it with a new phone. A phone repaired in the service is no longer considered new but rather a second-hand product. I expected a premium product and service experience, especially for a high-end device like this. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, as I rely on my phone for daily tasks and work. The lack of immediate replacement for a clearly defective product is unacceptable. The screen issue with the S24 Ultra has been a major letdown, and I urge Samsung to take responsibility and resolve this matter quickly.
