Samsung S24+ Pre-order Delay Problem
On February 3, 2024, I went ahead and pre-ordered the S24+ from the Samsung Sakarya Cadde54 store, paying the full amount upfront. When I bought the phone, it hadn't been released for sale yet. However, even though the device is widely accessible nowadays, my phone still hasn't arrived as we enter the second week. The store is quick to place blame on Samsung, while Samsung, in turn, shifts the blame back to the store. In the end, I'm stuck with a phone that I've already paid for to Samsung, but they keep selling it in their stores instead of delivering it to me. I'm wondering about the ethical standards that permit this.
