You charge your customers a lot of money for products that turn out to be junk that doesn't last and only last for a short time. Since there is no way to fix the problem, I want my TV to be replaced right away. I don't recommend Samsung electronics to anyone because they break down before they should and don't offer a fix while the warranty is still in effect.
