Changing Samsung Tab S9 Ultra Tablet PC Takes Time
I purchased a Samsung Tab S9 Ultra tablet just one month ago, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. Consequently, I sent it in for a replacement. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly, but due to the involvement of the technical service as an intermediary, they provided me with a 512 GB device instead of the 1 TB device I had originally purchased. I requested another exchange, and they informed me that I could expect to receive the replacement within 7 business days, on September 19, 2023. However, when I contacted the service now, they claimed that they can't proceed without headquarters' approval. Upon reaching out to headquarters, I was told that we are awaiting approval, and unfortunately, they couldn't provide an exact date for resolution. I am seeking a resolution to this issue and just want to receive the product I initially purchased.
