Touch Screen Not Responding on Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE Tablet
The Samsung Galaxy TAB S7 FE tablet, which I purchased on October 22, 2023, has experienced issues such as screen freezing, automatic shutdown, and touchscreen unresponsiveness. As a result, I contacted Samsung's technical support on November 16, 2023. The staff promised to contact us and stated that because the tablet was new (only a month old), we had the right to request a replacement. But no one called, and instead I got a message saying, "You can pick up the device." When I went to retrieve my tablet on November 22, I was told that no damage had been discovered and that the most recent software had been installed (despite the fact that the device had already been updated). After testing the device at home, I discovered that the issues persisted, so I returned it to the same technical service on November 24. We reported the same problem again and requested a replacement. The technician claimed to have checked the device and discovered no issues. After a lengthy discussion, it was decided to retest, and if problems were discovered, they would be addressed. However, given the futility of reinstalling previously installed software on a device running the latest version, I have lost faith in this service. On November 23, as expected, I received a new message stating, "You can pick up the device." To avoid going to the same service for the fifth time, I contacted customer service to see if a replacement had been made. The response was negative, confirming that there were no problems. Now, if I retrieve the device again, I know I'll run into the same problem because no repairs have been performed. They take an irresponsible and unfriendly approach, claiming that no problems exist even when they do. This is evident from the staff's overall indifferent and irresponsible behavior and gestures. Those who believe my words are exaggerated should look at the reviews on Google Maps. To summarize, I contacted technical support twice about this issue, but it has yet to be resolved. I demand that this situation be resolved with either a replacement or a refund.
