After Samsung Repaired My Tablet, Wavy Lines Appeared on the Screen


Your Samsung authorized service repaired my tablet, and I paid ₺2800 in advance. During the repair, they disassembled it incorrectly, resulting in wavy lines appearing in the bottom right corner of the screen, also they are requesting an extra ₺2100. Samsung is aware of the mistake, but they still won't fix it. just unfair to me to have to pay more for an issue that was their fault, so I'm asking for a free repair. There have been no follow-up calls from the solution center, even though I have left three reports. This makes one wonder how seriously Samsung takes quality and customer service. they appear to see breaking your tablet's screen as an opportunity to profit from repairs. their impoliteness is another issue and makes it just worse. I want them to fix it immediately and at no cost to me.
