Samsung Z Fold3 Screen Has A Line, Service Says It's User's Fault

my wife's Samsung Z Fold3 phone with the folding screen had this annoying line problem that just wouldn't go away. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so we took it to the authorized service center twice to get it fixed. This went on for like a few times, each time, they came up with a ridiculous excuse like "user error" and proposed expensive repair options. they said it would cost 8,000 TL to fix it, but then they bumped it up to 12,000 TL. then generously, they're giving a sick 50% off on the repair right now, it seems like we messed up by just folding the phone with a fancy folding screen. But like, how else are we supposed to use a phone that's made to fold? If Samsung can't produce a reliable folding screen or ensure the product's quality, why release it in the market? Samsung Turkey really dropped the ball on this one. seeing such a big brand not taking care of their customers, bravo!
