I Face Ghost Touch Problem on Samsung S23 FE
I purchased my Samsung S23 FE through Trendyol, and for about the past month I’ve been dealing with a persistent issue. The phone keeps registering ghost touches—it acts as if I’m pressing buttons on its own, randomly opens apps, and interferes with normal use.
When I power off the device, the problem temporarily disappears, but as soon as I turn it back on, the issue comes back. The device is still under warranty, and I have my invoice and order number. However, I have not yet contacted customer service or an authorized service center.
Because this problem occurs continuously, I am facing significant inconvenience. I am formally requesting that my phone be repaired under warranty so I can use it without these constant malfunctions.
