I Face Overheating and Battery Drain Issues on My Samsung Z Flip 5

Today (10.07.2025), I took my Samsung Z Flip 5 to MTA Elektronik in Bakırköy due to several serious issues: the phone was overheating, the battery dropped suddenly from 60% to 6%, and calls would end automatically the moment the other party answered. These are not minor glitches—they directly affect the usability and safety of the device.

Even though my warranty is valid until 07.08.2025, the service center told me “We can't do anything. Go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee” instead of providing actual support. This is completely unacceptable from a global brand like Samsung.

The technicians confirmed there were no signs of damage, wear, or misuse. They connected the device to diagnostics and found it had reached 56°C within a week. That’s dangerously hot. What if this device explodes in my hand?

I bought this phone trusting Samsung's warranty and brand promises. If there's a malfunction during the warranty period, I expect Samsung to stand behind its product. I demand a full device replacement as I am clearly not at fault for any of these technical failures. I am awaiting a prompt response before pursuing legal consumer rights.
