I Can’t Connect My Samsung Galaxy Fit3 to iPhone 13—App Only Supports Fit2
I bought the Samsung Galaxy Fit3 today, but I’m already having a major issue—it won’t connect to my iPhone 13. When I open Samsung’s official apps, the highest supported model shown is Galaxy Fit2. Although my Fit3 appears in the app during setup, the connection attempt always fails with an error.
I tried restarting both devices, reinstalling the app, and making sure everything is up to date, but nothing works. It’s clear that the software support for Galaxy Fit3 on iOS is either broken or simply not available yet, which is extremely frustrating for someone expecting full compatibility out of the box.
Samsung, if the Galaxy Fit3 is not fully supported on iOS, then you should be transparent about that before selling the product. I didn’t purchase a device just to discover I can’t use it with my phone. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately—whether through an app update or direct support—I’ll have no choice but to return the product.
