My Samsung S25 Ultra Can't Use Samsung Pay or Digital Key
My Samsung phone can't use the Samsung Pay application, which is readily available in other countries. Because this essential app isn't functional, other applications that rely on digital key definitions also don't work on my Samsung phone.
For instance, with my BYD vehicle, I can define a digital key with even an iPhone 8 and use it for keyless entry and starting, even transferring it to an Apple Watch. But I can't do this with my S25 Ultra and Samsung Watch Ultra combination, which is incredibly disappointing. Rival Apple has been offering this infrastructure for years, proving it's entirely possible, and Samsung Türkiye's failure to make this app usable here is a glaring deficiency.
Their supposed equivalent, the S Wallet app, is a complete disappointment with its new update. It's incredibly limited compared to Samsung Pay and lacks many services like digital keys and password management. Even the payment option from the watch, which worked before the update, is now missing from the new program. Samsung, you need to bring Samsung Pay and full digital key functionality to Türkiye now!
