I Face Fading and Discoloration Issue on My Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro Titanium Case

2On June 21, 2023, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. For the past three months, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with the titanium case fading and discoloring. The watch’s warranty has expired, and I haven’t yet contacted customer service or taken the device to a service center. However, I find it unacceptable that such a high-end product would show visible color deterioration in such a short time.
I still have both the invoice and warranty documents for the product. I’m requesting that Samsung either replace my watch or issue a refund for this defect. I ask that my complaint be reviewed and that my consumer rights be respected by resolving this issue promptly.
