My Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic shut down after an update and won't turn back on! After the update, the device rebooted about 8 or 10 times and then completely failed to power on again.
How is this massive problem going to be fixed? I've tried everything; I even changed the charger and attempted to charge it with wireless power sharing, but it won't charge at all. This is completely unacceptable. Your software update has effectively bricked my expensive smartwatch.
Samsung, you need to rectify this immediately! Repair or replace my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic that died after your update. This is a clear product failure, and I demand a swift resolution.
