Samsonite Premium Luggage Handle Peeling After Second Use, Denied Warranty Claim

I purchased a Samsonite premium cabin-sized luggage, and after just the second use, the leather material on the handle began peeling at the seams. Every time I touch the handle, pieces of the leather come off, resembling worn-out synthetic material. I sent the product in for inspection, only to have it returned labeled as "user error." As someone who travels frequently for work, this issue caused significant inconvenience over the past month, leading to a loss of trust in the brand. Samsonite’s handling of this situation has been highly disappointing for a premium product, and I regret my purchase.
