Today (October 24, 2025), I tried to create an account and check my order status on the Samsonite website. However, during the registration process, I never received the SMS verification code. I tried again on different devices and browsers, but the result was the same.
Your mobile app also appears to be available only in Egypt and is not accessible in Turkey. Because of this, I am unable to check the status of my order.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that I needed to register through the app, but as mentioned, the app is not available on Google Play in Turkey. I have already made my payment, but since I cannot create an account, I am completely unable to track my order.
I live in Adana, and this issue has been ongoing for about a day.
I request that the SMS verification issue be resolved immediately or that an alternative way to check order status without registration be provided.
