I made a reservation through Agoda yesterday for Sentido Orka Lotus Beach Hotel in Marmaris, scheduled to begin on October 26, 2025 (Reference ID for Guest: 1662418967). The full payment was charged in advance, and my booking appears as non-refundable. However, when I contacted the hotel today, I was informed that my reservation does not appear in their system.
Since I cannot reach Agoda’s customer service from Turkey, I tried to get support through their website and mobile app, but I only received automated responses. I also sent an email, but have not yet received any clear response. My check-in is tomorrow, and I have very limited time to resolve this issue before traveling.
I urgently request that my reservation be confirmed by the hotel and that I receive written confirmation. If that is not possible, I demand an immediate refund of the amount I paid. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible to prevent further inconvenience.
