Ryanair Damaged My Luggage on London to Dublin Flight and Never Responded
On July 20, 2025, I flew from London to Dublin on flight FR123. When I collected my baggage at Dublin Airport, I noticed that my suitcase was broken. I immediately reported the issue to Ryanair customer service at the airport and completed a form there. I then accessed the website указан on the form and filled out all the requested information in full, uploading all required documents as well as photos of the damaged suitcase. Despite this, I have received no response whatsoever. I subsequently resubmitted my claim multiple times through the website, but after approximately five months, I am still without any result. As stated in the forms I submitted to the company, I paid 75 EUR for the suitcase that was damaged and am requesting reimbursement of this amount. My case reference number is DUBFR55637/20JUL25/0958GMT, and since I have not received any response for a long time, I respectfully request that my claim be reviewed and that my 75 EUR loss be reimbursed as soon as possible.
