Ryanair Cabin Baggage Policy Complaint

Ryanair's attitude was incredibly dismissive. Despite purchasing cabin baggage, I was singled out during boarding and my information was disregarded. My QR code became unreadable, and I received no assistance in obtaining a new one. While other passengers boarded, I was left stranded in Slovakia. At the last minute, I had to sprint with my passport to catch the flight. This trip, intended to show my children Europe, turned into a negative experience for them. I also have doubts about the technical crew's competence. Because of this, I can't recommend traveling with this airline.
