On August 10, 2025, I tried to complete check-in for my Dalaman–Bratislava flight through the Ryanair mobile app. However, the app did not include an option to select my special (green) passport type, so I was unable to finish the process. I spent a long time trying and eventually had to go to the airport in person.
Later, an airline staff member informed me that such issues sometimes happen on the app and advised me to try the Ryanair website instead. When I did, the problem was resolved.
To prevent other passengers from experiencing the same frustration, I request that Ryanair add the special passport option to its mobile app and inform users clearly about this issue.
