Russell Hobbs Grind & Brew Coffee Maker Is Extremely Delicate

I own the Russell Hobbs 22000-56 Victory Grind & Brew Coffee Maker, purchased in November 2020. Unfortunately, the glass carafe is extremely delicate and shattered. There's no replacement part available. The authorized service kept me waiting for an extended period, and after that, I couldn't reach them again. The service recommended by Russell Hobbs only takes spare part orders via WhatsApp. Despite inquiring about the replacement part on October 6th, they kept me waiting and finally responded on October 25th, stating that the part is unavailable. I asked, "Should I throw the machine away?" They suggested checking with the headquarters, but it's been 15 days without any updates. In essence, it seems there's a recurring issue with spare parts for Russell Hobbs products.
