It's disheartening to encounter such resistance from Rug Doctor, especially considering the trust I had placed in their products. their cleaning solution caused damage on my carpet, it’s not big as I was being careful where I used it but still, it’s defective now. they should be transparent about any potential risks associated with their products, particularly when it comes to using them on delicate surfaces, on last month, I rented a Rug Doctor cleaner with an upholstery attachment to freshen up my living room carpets and sofa, which I couldn’t because it happened right after I started cleaning, despite explaining the situation, they adamantly refused to take responsibility, attributing the damage to user error.
