Arçelik Returned My Dishwasher Unfixed, It Leaked Again and Damaged My Carpet

I experienced a leak with my Arçelik dishwasher, so I decided to send it in for service. They sent it back claiming the issue was resolved, but the same problem occurred again, and this time it damaged my carpet. Additionally, the dishwasher has begun to show signs of rust. It's not only this product—my other Arçelik appliances are also displaying rust issues. I truly feel disappointed, particularly because I had faith in this brand and didn’t anticipate encountering problems so quickly. What frustrates me the most is that Arçelik won't acknowledge their responsibility for what is obviously a defect in their product. If the brand doesn't acknowledge and resolve these issues appropriately, I won't be buying from them again, and I'll definitely let others know about my experience.
