Neutrogena Product Left My Face with Redness Burning and Acne

I’ve always had faith in this brand since I’ve used their products before without any problems, so I was really looking forward to trying out something new from them. This one has really disappointed me. After using it a few times, I started to see redness, burning, and acne popping up on my face and body. It’s pretty frustrating because I had faith in the brand, especially since they work with dermatologists, and I’ve always had good experiences before. Now, my skin is all irritated, feeling uncomfortable and looking even worse than it did before. I thought this brand would deliver way better quality and safety since I used to feel good about it. This situation has really got me reconsider how much I trust their products and how thoroughly they’re tested.
