I Got Moved to a Different Level in Royal Match and Lost Features

I’ve been playing Royal Match for a while, but suddenly I was moved to a completely different level than the rest of my team. I admit I made some mistakes—my device time settings were changed manually, which may have caused issues—but I never expected to lose so much progress and access. My bonus cards reset, the ship game disappeared, and the major jackpot rewards are gone. The game has become extremely hard to play now, and I can’t enjoy it with my team anymore. I just want to be placed back with my team on the same level and have my previous features restored. Please fix this and help me get my original progress and rewards back.
