Royal Caribbean Failed to Compensate Me for a Damaged Samsonite Suitcase

I participated in the Allure of the Seas cruise departing from Barcelona between July 6 and July 13, 2025. Our stateroom number was 7622. At the end of the cruise, while completing the disembarkation process, I noticed that my suitcase had been damaged, and I immediately filed a damage report on site. I also have photographs showing the condition of my suitcase when I handed it over in the evening and when I received it the following morning.
For approximately one month, I received no response whatsoever. I then contacted the company again by email, but I was not given a direct response. Instead, I was told that I needed to have the travel agency through which I purchased the cruise determine the cost of repairing the suitcase. Samsonite subsequently issued an official report stating that the suitcase could not be repaired, and my travel agency forwarded this document to Royal Caribbean. However, despite all of my efforts and those of my travel agency since July, we have received no response from the company.
According to a written document issued by Samsonite on September 3, 2025, the market value of my suitcase is 16,490 TL (approximately $340). I have this document in my possession and can provide it as supporting evidence. I also contacted Royal Caribbean Customer Service directly, but I did not receive any response. My travel agency has likewise made repeated attempts to contact the company, but again, no response was provided. I have never experienced this kind of issue before.
Since the suitcase cannot be repaired, I request reimbursement of its full value of approximately $340. I kindly ask Royal Caribbean to resolve my claim promptly and compensate me for the damaged luggage without further delay.
