Rowenta X-Trem Power Cyclonic Vacuum Has Weak Suction Since Day One

On January 5, 2018, I purchased two Rowenta X-Trem Power Cyclonic vacuum cleaners from the Media Markt Ankara Ovacık branch, paying a total of approximately $50. One was bought as part of a bridal dowry set, and the other was for my elderly mother’s use.
From the very first day, both vacuum cleaners have had extremely weak suction power and have never performed as expected. The results remained the same regardless of the house or surface type. All filter cleanings and maintenance were performed regularly, and there has been no misuse whatsoever.
I previously submitted a complaint via Şikayetvar, but I never received any response. All of my invoices and warranty documents are available and complete. I feel very disappointed and financially burdened by this issue; if my financial situation allowed, I would have already replaced the product myself.
I request a full refund or product replacement, as both devices clearly fail to deliver the performance promised. I also wish to discontinue using the Rowenta brand and expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
