Rowenta TN6000 Shaver Warranty Refusal
I bought the Rowenta TN6000 shaver on May 31, 2022. On November 10, 2023, while I was using it as usual, the plastic pin on the flexible head section broke. Even though I was being careful and not putting any pressure on it, the part broke during regular use, making the product useless. When I went to the official H******** electronics service center in Mersin, they said that the broken part wasn't covered by the warranty. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me the same answer. I didn't drop the product or put any pressure on it, it just broke while I was using it. I'm filing a complaint because the customer service at the technical center told me that the broken part isn't covered by the warranty, so I can't use the product.
