I bought the Rowenta Silence Force vacuum because of the good reviews, but I was disappointed when the hose ripped in less than a year. So, I thought since it was still under warranty, I could just bring it to the service center. But turns out, they told me I'd have to pay somewhere between 1300₺ and 1500₺ to get the hose replaced. Please, deal with this problem quickly and give me a solution. This bad experience, along with the warranty not covering important parts, makes the brand's reputation worse. I can't recommend this product anymore because of these concerns.
